Wedding FAQ's

What is the process for booking with Tracey Rae?

We are currently booking for 2022 and reserving dates for 2023!

The first step is sending us a message through the contact page with some general information regarding your date, ceremony & reception location, colors, etc.  After this point our wedding coordinator, Rachael, will contact you with some general pricing and to setup an initial phone consultation.  After that initial phone consultation we can work you up a detailed quote with inspiration pictures capturing your vision for your big day!  Once the proposal is agreed upon we require a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the event.

Wanting to use us for your big day but you're still unsure of exactly what you'll be needing; we can move forward with locking in your date with a $150 initial payment at anytime!

Do you have packages?

Since we understand that every event is unique, we custom tailor our weddings to fit the needs our our couples.  For our weddings we can provide flowers for the entire event (Personal flowers, ceremony arrangements, centerpieces, installations, etc) as well as setup and breakdown.  Our smaller full service weddings (flowers for the entire day along with setup/breakdown) typically start around $3000.  Your total floral cost is really going to depend on the quantity and size of the arrangements you need for your big day!

Do I come to the farm at any point during this process?

New for 2022, we are hosting a Spring Open House for our wedding couples! Couples will be invited to the farm to roam through the flower fields and greenhouses and will be able to pick some of our spring favorites and make an arrangement to take home! We are happy to open up our flower farm and share a little bit about the hard work and passion that goes into growing your wedding flowers!

Am I a good fit to book with Tracey Rae?

If you love our wedding portfolio, style, and the fact that we grow our own flowers for weddings and events then yes!! If you are looking for very specific flowers that we do not grow such as baby's breath, roses, and white hydrangeas then probably not.  Most of our couples come to us with a color palette and style for their big day and we are able to hand select our seasonal blooms to seamlessly capture your vision for your big day! Our flowers are unique, fresh, and sustainably grown.  They are not wildflowers picked on the side of the road.  They have been hand selected for specific traits, colors, and their longevity in a vase and ability to hold up for event work!

What will be in season for my event?
